Profile Overview:
We are looking for passionate and dynamic responsible Associate Recruiter to join our creative team who can add energy and efficiency to the company’s recruitment process and maintain the brand consistency.
Responsibilities:
- Examining several recruitment channels to source candidates like consultancies, colleges, job portals etc to find applicants.
- Posting job openings on several job sites with all the detailed information about the position.
- Updating employment list and running background checks.
- Consider using formats for job interviews, such as group interviews and phone interviews, which can make the hiring process go more quickly and successfully.
- Able to begin work with the intention of demonstrating and fulfilling the professional position as sincerely devoted.
- Formulating the effective process for coordinating and assisting the team members for the planned and scheduled activities.
- Communicate and report to the head of the organization and the team leads to ensure that the plans go as planned.
- Forming alliances with diverse academic institutions and consulting firms that have the same values as the business.
- Engaging in the overall recruitment process and reaching the targets planned.
- Informing the team lead of the progress and coordinating efforts on the tasks given.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, business, commerce, English or relevant field.
- Key competencies: Excellent writing, zeal, endurance, tenacity, and interpersonal abilities.
- Fluency in English communication.
- Capable of maintaining an ethical & objective standard in reporting to the team head.
- Ability to meet deadlines accurately.
- Excellent communication and networking skills as well as an ability to extract information effectively.
- Current knowledge of the domain and good observation.
