Profile Overview:
We are looking for a Junior Project Manager to assist in project planning, execution, and team coordination. This role involves supporting cross-functional teams, ensuring smooth workflows, and contributing to process improvements. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to grow in the field of project management.
Responsibilities:
Project Coordination & Execution
- Assist in planning and executing projects while ensuring timelines and objectives are met.
- Support project documentation, including requirements, schedules, and workflows.
- Track project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and escalate issues when necessary.
Team & Stakeholder Communication
- Coordinate between designers, developers, and other teams to ensure clear communication.
- Maintain meeting notes, follow up on action items, and provide regular project updates.
- Foster a collaborative work environment by assisting in team coordination.
Process & Documentation Management
- Help optimize internal project management processes for efficiency.
- Maintain project records, reports, and performance data for future reference.
- Ensure project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana) are updated with relevant information.
Risk Management & Problem-Solving
- Identify risks and assist in developing mitigation strategies.
- Adapt to project changes and ensure smooth transitions during scope adjustments.
- Provide input on process improvements to enhance team productivity.
Requirements:
Core Skills
- Basic knowledge of Project Management principles, including Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Good understanding of workflow optimization and project tracking.
- Analytical mindset to assess risks and suggest improvements.
Technical & Soft Skills
- Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar).
- Strong communication skills for stakeholder coordination and reporting.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace, Excel, and documentation tools.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to learn quickly.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Internship (Long term) or 1+ year of experience in project coordination or management.
- Strong portfolio presentation.
- Exposure to SaaS, FinTech, Web3, or IT projects is a plus.
