Development Roles: Knowledge of Frontend (React, Angular), Backend (Node.js, PHP, Python), Full-Stack Developers, and DevOps Engineers. Must understand the different levels of developer roles like Junior, Mid-level, and Senior/Lead Developers.

Applicant Tracking System (ATS): Zoho Recruit, Lever, Workable for candidate tracking.
Technical Screening Tools: Codility, HackerRank for evaluating coding skills, and portfolio reviews for UI/UX candidates (via Behance, Dribbble).
Communication Tools: Slack, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams for team collaboration and interviews.
Skills:
Sourcing & Screening: Ability to source candidates through job boards, social media, and networking events. Skilled in reviewing portfolios for UI/UX candidates and screening development candidates with technical aptitude.
Interviewing: Proficiency in conducting technical interviews, asking relevant design/development questions, and assessing cultural fit. Experience in coordinating with hiring managers to set interview criteria.
Offer Negotiation: Strong negotiation skills to finalize offers, explain compensation packages, and handle counteroffers.
Market Awareness: Understanding current trends in UI/UX design and development, including technologies in demand and salary benchmarks.
Team Leadership:
Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Act as a liaison between hiring managers and candidates, ensuring clarity on role requirements.
Guiding Recruitment Teams: Train and mentor junior recruiters, set recruitment strategies, and develop KPIs for the team to achieve hiring goals.

Monitoring & Reporting:
