JD Optimization & Management: Ensure job descriptions are optimized and accurately represented across platforms.
Company Profile Management: Create and review company profiles on job platforms.
Publishing & Platform Management: Post job descriptions on various recruitment platforms.
Offer Letter & NDA Management: Draft offer letters and oversee Non-Disclosure Agreements.
Institutional & External Collaboration: Build and manage partnerships with institutes, employment officers, and consultancies for talent acquisition.
Position Knowledge:
Recruitment Processes: Expertise in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Legal & Compliance Knowledge: Understanding of employment laws, NDA requirements, and offer letter protocols.
Academic & Consultancy Relations: Experience working with educational institutions and external consultancies to source qualified candidates.
JD & Branding Expertise:Ability to optimize job descriptions and manage company branding on recruitment platforms.
Tools Knowledge:
Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS): Proficient in using tools like Zoho Recruit, Greenhouse, or Workday.
Job Boards & Platforms: Skilled in leveraging LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other platforms.
HRIS & Document Tools: Familiarity with HR systems and tools like DocuSign or Adobe Sign for offer letters and NDAs.
