Job Description


Ultimez is seeking an HR and Administration for Bangalore location. We need a candidate who is ready to learn and participate in recruitment and talent management activities. You will have an exposure to all facets of Administration and Finance.Need to coordinate with prospective candidates, interviewing them and administering offers. Also, conducting inductions of new staff.

Key Role and Responsibilities


  • End to End recruitment process.
  • Interacting with the clients and the staff.
  • Validating the interviewers from HR point of view by having a telephonic discussion with them.
  • Follow-up and co-ordination with the client and the interviewer.
  • Having final HR discussion after technical rounds to confirm on selected candidates joining, salary negotiation.
  • Joining formalities and form filing.
  • Responsible for Payroll Management, Time Office Management and Leave Management.

Desired Skills and Experience


  • 3-6 years of experience in the relevant field.
  • Able to work independently or within a team.
  • Any graduate / Post Graduates with excellent Computer skills.
  • A minimum knowledge of labor law. (Notmandatory)
