Leadership:
1. Train writers/authors to improve research, writing, and SEO skills.
2. Make informed decisions on content priorities and assignments.
3. Reporting on team performance and content progress regularly.

Editorial:
1. Proofread and edit all articles for clarity, accuracy, and engagement.
2. Ensure content is optimized for SEO while maintaining readability.
3. Verify sources and data to ensure accuracy and trustworthiness.
4. Plan content calendars with the team to cover relevant, timely topics.

Tools :
1. Google Docs, Grammarly, and Copyleaks: For writing, editing, plagiarism, and AI detection.
2. Google Trends: Monitor trending topics to create relevant, timely content.
