Profile Overview:

The successful canddiadte will play a crucial role in creating exceptional user experiences for our digital products. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Requirements: 

• Creating low-fidelity wireframes, interactive prototypes, and polished UI designs that align with user needs and brand identity.
• Producing high-quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes to illustrate design ideas.
• Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user-friendliness to the design roadblocks and Developing a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy for the brand.
• Participating in brainstorming sessions and contributing fresh ideas to enhance user experiences and solve design challenges.
• Contributing to the development and maintenance of design systems to ensure consistency across products.
• Be a great team player, experienced in UI designing. Ability to collaborate closely with developers & UX designers.
• Balancing user-centered design principles with business goals and technical constraints.
• Testing UI elements such as CTAs, banners, page layouts, page designs, page flows, and target links for landing pages.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including UX/UI designers, developers, product managers, marketing team, and designers to ensure the creation and delivery of tailored experiences for the digital user. 
• Gathering and incorporating user feedback through usability testing and user research to iterate and improve design solutions and adhering to style standards on typography and graphic design.

Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field of UI/UX design for digital products or services.

• High-level proficiency in  design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other visual design and wireframing tools. 

• A portfolio showcasing your design skills, including wireframes, prototypes, and UI designs. Strong portfolio to be presented during the interview.

• Eagerness to learn, openness to feedback, and enthusiasm for staying updated with design trends and emerging technologies.

• Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks. 

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

• A portfolio of professional UI/UX design work for both web and mobile platforms.

• Working knowledge of the following technologies and software: Sketch, InVision, Visio, HTML, CSS (SCSS), iOS, Android, Design Systems, and Adobe Creative Suite.

• Creative ideas with problem solving mindset.
